We have a shared interest in ensuring that our tenants can remain in business and in their homes so that, when the UK emerges from lockdown, these communities return to the dynamic, thriving places that they were. With the help and backing of our bank and shareholders, we have established a support fund to help our residential tenants and small businesses who might have limited access to other sources of financial assistance.
Assistance with rent and other costs will be assessed on a case by case basis. However, we are unable to do this indefinitely and for all occupiers and we therefore ask our customers who are able to pay to do so promptly, so that we can support those can't.
If you do need help then please speak to your usual contact without delay. In the first instance you will be expected to have explored the various Government support schemes and your own resources.
Meantime, we are committed to paying all our suppliers on time and in full.
